Hi there! I'm Amira, a hobbyist artist from SoCal! I enjoy playing TTRPGs, such as Dungeons & Dragons, Spire: The City Must Fall, Mythic Bastionland, and Pathfinder 2e. I tend to gravitate towards fantasy media, including Elder Scrolls, Baldur's Gate 3, and Dragon Age. I also like to create music in my free time. I graduated with a BA in Psychology, but once an artist, always an artist! :)My art consists of semi-realistic, stylized digital illustrations and character designs. You'll find that my art reflects my interests, featuring medieval, high-fantasy characters. The prices vary on the complexity of the commission. Presented below are base rates and are subject to change with additional fees based on difficulty and estimated time taken to complete the commission.Additional fees:
- Customized character design (I will design a character or outfit for you!)

𖥧 TERMS OF SERVICE 𖥧
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms...➳ i. GENERAL TERMS
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Any rude or inappropriate behavior towards me is not tolerated and will result in the cancellation of the commission.- I have the right to the commissioned work as I may use the work for promotional purposes.- Prices are not negotiable, but I am willing to work with you if you cannot afford what you'd like for any reason.- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only, but if you wish to use your commission for commercial purposes, do discuss it with me.- You are free to share your commission on social media, but please credit me using the tag @ameewacore on Instagram! However, using it to promote business related purposes is not allowed.- Minor revisions are allowed during each stage of the art process (sketch, lineart, base color, and rendering), such as tweaking the pose, colors, and adding small details. I may charge a fee for complex revisions unless there is a mistake on my end.Permission will not be granted to feed my artwork to train AI or use AI to make adjustments. If you are not satisfied with your commission, please let me know so I can make appropriate revisions.➳ ii. PAYMENT
I will not start on the commission unless some form of payment is made. Let me know if you would like to make an arrangement that is not mentioned below. I typically accept two methods of payment:
-----1) Half up front, half later after the sketch is approved-----2) Full payment up frontMy preferred methods of payment are Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. I also accept PayPal.Please do not send over any form of payment without discussing the cost with me and without my approval. The cost of commissions may vary depending on the amount of detail.➳ iii. REFUND POLICY
I do not do full refunds unless I have not started your commission. Partial refunds of 50% are permissible if I cannot finish your commission past the sketching stage. This is only applicable if the commission has been paid in full.➳ iv. DEADLINES
Deadlines must be reasonable. I must be informed no less than TWO WEEKS before the deadline. Failure to do so will require a rush fee (an additional 10-20% of the total commission cost), depending on the complexity of the commission.Unless given a strict deadline, the commission may have a 1-week to 1-month turnaround time, though it will be communicated throughout the process.➳ v. ETIQUETTE & EXPECTATIONS
The information below is what I require before starting on a piece. Do keep in mind that I will not at all get hurt if you do not like what is seen during the process. Please inform me of any changes I should make, my goal is for you to be happy with your commission! :)Sometimes I like to switch up my art style. If there is an art style of mine that you want me to replicate, send me an example of a piece you like in that style from my example page!Before commissioning me, please provide the following details:
- Your email- A clear description of what you want me to draw (clothing, pose, etc.)- Reference pictures (optional but highly encouraged, it can include a mood board, a doodle, or even a full character sheet— anything helps!)Commissions typically take me 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on my schedule. Do expect the turnaround time to be around 1 week to 1 month. Progress pictures will be sent throughout the process. Communication is key! Please offer your input when you receive those pictures.
